Fri May 9, 4:34 PMLISLE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Macquarie/First Trust Global Infrastructure/Utilities Dividend & Income Fund (the Fund) (NYSE: MFD) today declared its regularly scheduled quarterly distribution for the period ending May 31, 2008 of $0.425 per share.

This distribution will be payable on May 30, 2008 to shareholders of record on May 22, 2008, with an expected ex-dividend date of May 20, 2008. The final determination of the source and tax status of all distributions paid in 2008 will be made after the end of 2008.
The Fund is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company, investing predominantly in listed infrastructure and utilities companies in selected developed countries globally. The Funds investment objective is to seek a high level of current return consisting of dividends, interest and other similar income, while attempting to preserve capital.
