TORONTO (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index dipped into negative territory on Wednesday, as a late-afternoon selloff in resources eclipsed a rally by banking shares.

TORONTO (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index dipped into negative territory on Wednesday, as a late-afternoon selloff in resources eclipsed a rally by banking shares.

The S&P/TSX composite index was down 1.13 points at 14,615.57.
