Forbes Energy Services Announces First Quarter 2008 Conference Call for Noteholders and Analysts

ALICE, Texas, May 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Forbes Energy Services LLC today delivered to holders of its 11% senior secured notes issued February 12, 2008 its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. The Form 10-Q was delivered pursuant to the indenture governing such notes, but is not being filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
