Eaton Vance Municipal Income Trusts Annual Meeting of Shareholders

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--At a meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Municipal Income Trust (NYSE: EVN), Eaton Vance California Municipal Income Trust (AMEX: CEV), Eaton Vance Florida Plus Municipal Income Trust (AMEX: FEV), Eaton Vance Massachusetts Municipal Income Trust (AMEX: MMV), Eaton Vance Michigan Municipal Income Trust (AMEX: EMI), Eaton Vance New Jersey Municipal Income Trust (AMEX: EVJ), Eaton Vance New York Municipal Income Trust (AMEX: EVY), Eaton Vance Ohio Municipal Income Trust (AMEX: EVO), and Eaton Vance Pennsylvania Municipal Income Trust (AMEX: EVP) voted to elect William H Park, Norton H. Reamer and Heidi L. Steiger as Class III Trustees and Thomas E. Faust Jr. and Allen R. Freedman as Class II Trustees of each of the Trusts for a three-year term. The Trusts’ Class I Trustees and remaining Class II Trustee, who serve staggered three-year terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
