NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Mortgage Acceptance Company (AMAC or the Company) (AMEX: AMC) today announced that in the interest of preserving the Companys capital, AMACs Board of Trustees has not declared a dividend on the Companys 7.25% Series A Cumulative Convertible Preferred Shares or common shares for the third quarter of 2008.
