TORONTO, June 20 /CNW/ - Biosign Technologies Inc. (CNQ: BIOS) today announced the resignation of Chairman and CEO Richard Potts effective immediately.
"While pleased with much of the progress that has been made by Biosign, it is with deep regret but with great hope for the future of Biosign that I provide my resignation to the board of directors," said Richard Potts. "I intend to assist Dr. Leca in every possible manner in moving Biosign toward its important goal of becoming the world's health monitor."
In the interim Dr. Leca will assume these roles.
