NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global Investor Services, Inc. (OTCBB: GISV.OB) announced the change of its name from TheRetirementSolution.com, Inc. to Global Investor Services, Inc. In addition, the symbol has been changed to “GISV” from “TRES” and the Company’s stock will continue to trade on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board. TheRetirementSolution.com will remain as a product name for the Company’s Portfolio products.

"We are changing the name of the company to accurately reflect the different products and services that we market.
