INX Schedules 3rd Quarter Financial Results Announcement and Conference Call

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--INX Inc. (Nasdaq: INXI) announced today that it intends to announce financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2009 via press release at approximately 4:05 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, November 10, 2009, followed by an investor webcast and conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

James Long, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Mark Hilz, President and Chief Operating Officer; and Brian Fontana, Chief Financial Officer, are scheduled to be on the call to discuss the quarter's results and answer investors' questions.
