Westward retains Endeavour

VANCOUVER, June 3 /CNW/ - Westward Explorations Ltd. (the "Company") has entered into a mandate agreement with Endeavour Financial ("Endeavour"), pursuant to which Endeavour has agreed to provide the Company with general corporate financial advice and assistance in respect of future asset acquisitions.

The Company has also granted options to Endeavour, to purchase one million shares of the Company at $0.50 per share for 5 years, subject to regulatory approval.
