Bonterra Oil & Gas Ltd. Announces Cash Dividend for August Payable September 30, 2009

CALGARY, Sept. 3 /CNW/ - Bonterra Oil & Gas Ltd. (www.bonterraenergy.com) (TSX: BNE.TO) announces that the August monthly cash dividend will be $0.14 per share and will be paid on September 30, 2009. The record date for the dividend is September 15, 2009, and the ex-dividend date is September 11, 2009. The dividend is paid monthly and is subject to commodity prices and production levels.
