TORONTO, Sept. 3 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW - Impax Energy Services Income Trust (the "Trust") - Further to TSX Bulletin No.2009-0171 dated February 9, 2009, TSX has determined to delist the trust units (Symbol: MPX-UN) of the Trust at the close of market on October 2, 2009 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX.
