IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ault Glazer & Co., Inc. (Pink Sheets:AULT) (“AGC”) announced today effective Sept. 1 Bill Dully assumed the role CEO and Chairman of the holding company as previously announced Aug. 12. The change coincides with the planned name change to Global Sports and Entertainment later this month. The firm plans to adopt the new name, “Global Sports and Entertainment, Inc.” to embrace its focus on its core operating business, San Clemente based Global Authentication Holdings, Inc. (GAI).
