Svit Gold announces negotiation to acquire resource property

VANCOUVER, Nov. 4 /CNW/ - Svit Gold Corp. (the "Company") reports that it has entered into advanced negotiations to acquire a resource property in North America. The acquisition is subject to the negotiation of a definitive written agreement which the parties are working towards.

The Company is also in discussions regarding financing, including a private placement, to be undertaken to enable the Company to fund its obligations under the proposed acquisition. An update regarding the status of the transaction will be provided upon completion of the contemplated transaction. The stock will remain halted until the Company releases further information.
