TSX Delisting Review of TCT Logistics Inc. (TLI)

TORONTO, Aug. 6 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW TCT Logistics Inc. (the "Company") - TSX was prevented from delisting the securities of the Company as a result of a stay of proceedings issued under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act ("BIA") by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on January 24, 2002. The common shares of the Company (Symbol: TLI) are currently halted due to the imposition of a Cease Trade Order. TSX has been advised that the BIA proceedings were discharged on March 27, 2008. The common shares of the Company will be delisted at the close of market on August 7, 2008 for failure to meet the continued listed requirements of TSX.
