MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 7, 2008) - The annual general and special meeting of EXPLORATION LTEE's (TSX: OSK.TO)(FRANKFURT: EWX.F) shareholders will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., in the Saint-Laurent Room of the Intercontinental Hotel, located at 360 St. Antoine Street West, in Montreal.
