(the "Company") announces that it has sent to shareholders a Notice, Management's Information Circular and Proxy Form in connection with the 2008 Annual General Meeting of shareholders which will be held at Sete Café, Block 7, Vilamoura Marina, Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal on Monday, June 2, 2008 at 12 noon (local time).
