NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In connection with the current lender discussions with Building Materials Holding Corporation ("BHMC")(NYSE: BLG)(CUSIP:120113105) as referred to in BHMC's press release dated July 29, 2008, a group of lenders with respect to BHMC's $340 million term loan has formed in order to discuss matters of mutual interest based on publicly available information.
