Prize Mining Announces Bill Dynes Resigns From the Board

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 8, 2008) - Prize Mining Corporation (TSX VENTURE: PRZ.V) would like to advise that Mr. Bill Dynes has resigned from the Board of Directors effective April 8th, 2008. Mr. Dynes' resignation is due to his pursuit as an independent geological consultant in the industry.

Prize wishes to thank Mr. Dynes for his years of dedication and contributions to the Company. Mr. Dynes has been with the Board of Prize since inception and was the person responsible for bringing the Muskox Intrusion PGE Project to the Company
