Gold-Ore Resources Ltd.: Appointment of Vice President-Corporate Affairs

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 10, 2008) - Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: GOZ.V) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ron Ewing as Vice President - Corporate Affairs. Ron has been a director of Gold-Ore since the Company's inception in 1996 and was formerly Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 1996 to 2007. He has been involved in the administration and financing of mineral exploration and mining companies for the past 25 years. Mr. Ewing's primary focus during most of those years was EuroZinc Mining Corporation and its predecessor company, Auspex Minerals Ltd. He played a number of important roles at EuroZinc Mining. EuroZinc achieved the status of mid-tier base metal producer with a market capitalization of over $1.8 billion and was then merged with Lundin Mining in 2006. As Executive Vice-President for Lundin Mining, Ron was responsible for administration, regulatory affairs, and investor relations. He retired from Lundin Mining Corporation in 2007 upon completion of the integration of EuroZinc and Lundin.

In the role of Vice-President of Corporate Affairs, Ron will provide support to Chairman, Glen Dickson, and President, Bob Wasylyshyn, who are actively managing the operation of the Bjorkdal gold mine as well as other exploration and acquisition efforts in Sweden.
