EnQuest Announces Appointment of New Director

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Sept. 10, 2008) - EnQuest Energy Services Corp. (TSX VENTURE: ENQ.V) ("EnQuest" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that Mr. Rodger Hawkins, CA has been appointed as a director of the Corporation. Mr. Hawkins brings a wealth of experience to EnQuest, with over 30 years of experience in audit and accounting with a focus on junior public companies in the resource, technology and resource service sectors. Mr. Hawkins, prior to his retirement in early 2007, was the Managing Partner of the Calgary office of BDO Dunwoody.
