Mattson Technology, Inc. Receives Next-Generation Development Tool Order for Suprema(TM) Photoresist System From Leading NAND Flash Supplier

(Nasdaq: MTSN), a leading supplier of advanced process equipment used to manufacture semiconductors, today announced that it has received a next- generation development tool order for the Company's Suprema(TM) photoresist strip system. Mattson Technology noted that the customer represents one of the leading edge technology development sites for NAND flash memory and the system will be used to address the highly complex challenges inherent in 2X- nanometer (nm) device architectures.
