USANA Health Sciences Announces New Vice President of Finance

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--USANA Health Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: USNA) has announced the recent promotion of Riley Timmer to vice president of finance.

In his new role, Timmer will oversee the financial reporting, financial budgeting, accounting, and tax departments. In addition, he will also continue to ensure positive communication between USANA and its shareholders, potential investors, and regulatory agencies.

Timmer started working for USANA in January 2001 as a financial analyst. After serving for two years in that role, Timmer also took on investor relation duties, including educating investors, analysts, and the public about USANA. Later, as USANA’s executive director of finance, he managed financial reporting and budgeting. Timmer holds a bachelor of science in economics from the University of Utah.
