TSX hits record high as oils gain

TORONTO (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index hit a record high on Monday morning as technology and oil shares were strengthened by gains in Research In Motion and EnCana Corp .

TORONTO (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index hit a record high on Monday morning as technology and oil shares were strengthened by gains in Research In Motion and EnCana Corp .

The S&P/TSX composite index was up 127.43 points at 14,648.62, breaking the previous record of 14,646.82.
