Flame Seal Producing First Truckload Order from SPI... Already Received the Second Truckload Order... Bodes Well for a Very Strong Market.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SPI placed its first full truckload order with Flame Seal shortly after the passing of the UL1715 tests. Flame Seal went into full-scale production two weeks ago, and its advanced planning and new manufacturing systems have proven effective. Currently Flame Seal is preparing to ship out its first truck, and yet a second truckload has already been ordered by SPI. This rapid, strong response to SPI’s marketing campaign demonstrates the high level of demand for this new product, as well as the strength of this market.

As a result of this, Flame Seal has had meetings with its Executive / management team that has been waiting to officially join the company, and plans are being confirmed to bring them aboard in stages over the next few weeks. Currently, large-scale production equipment is being acquired, as consultants and new team members are getting heavily involved in the process of helping Flame Seal tool up for high output production. As example: Current mixing systems require 13 batches to produce a truckload, whereas the newly acquired mixing tank is capable of producing one truckload in two batches in a single day. This is a huge step in the Company’s preparation for extreme growth.
