(TSX: VMY.TO)(OTCBB: VMII.OB)(FRANKFURT: VMY.F), a Vancouver-based developer and provider of carrier and enterprise messaging solutions, announced today that its second quarter financial results are available.

The company posted quarterly sales of $732,969, Loss from operations of ($95,745) and a quarterly comprehensive income of $1,357,567, or $0.04 per diluted share. These results compare to 2008 quarterly sales of $43,150, Loss from operations of ($224,041) and a quarterly comprehensive loss of $1,072,244, or ($0.02) per diluted share.
