The solution, which will provide the Nuqul executive team with detailed visibility into all international business units, includes modules for Human Resources, Performance Management, Development Management, Compensation Management, Career & Succession Planning, Skills & Competency Management, and reporting. The StepStone solution is now fully functional in all Business Units including the Jordan head office, Egypt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Dubai.
StepStone was selected because the solution was deemed both user friendly and able to accommodate Nuqul’s very specific user requirements across the business units while ensuring strong security for employee data.
