Forbes Energy Services Announces First Quarter 2008 Conference Call for Noteholders and Analysts

ALICE, Texas, May 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Forbes Energy Services LLC today delivered to holders of its 11% senior secured notes issued February 12, 2008 its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. The Form 10-Q was delivered pursuant to the indenture governing such notes, but is not being filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Forbes Energy Services has also made the Form 10-Q available on the "Corporate" page of its web site at http://www.forbesenergyservices.com.

Forbes Energy Services announced today that the Company has scheduled a conference call for its noteholders and securities analysts to be held at 9:30 a.m. Eastern time (8:30 a.m. Central) on Friday, May 23, 2008 to discuss the first quarter 2008 results contained in the Form 10-Q.
