TSX Delisting Review - CanWest Global Communications Corp. (CGS, CGS.A)

TORONTO, Oct. 15 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW - CanWest Global Communications Corp. (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin No. 2009-1283 dated October 6, 2009, TSX has determined to delist the subordinate voting shares (Symbol: CGS) and the non-voting shares (Symbol: CGS-A) (collectively the "Securities") of the Company at the close of market on November 13, 2009 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX. Trading in the Company's Securities will remain suspended.
