RICHMOND, Va. and JAMAICA, N.Y., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Janel World Trade, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: JLWT.OB) (http://www.JanelGroup.net) and its joint venture partner, Premier Resources International (PRI) (http://www.prispeedsource.com), today announced that they have entered into an agreement to provide global sourcing solutions for the newly formed Cooperative Auto Parts Sourcing and Supply, LLC, to supply the members of one of the nation's largest automotive service centers with quality automotive parts and consumable items. This agreement includes an exclusive sourcing arrangement via PRI for high quality globally sourced automotive products supported by the powerful web-based "Speed Sourcing Solution" ("S3") developed by PRI and Order Logistics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Janel World Trade, Ltd., and powered by Order Logistics' Solve (IT)2 platform. This will enable Cooperative Auto Parts Sourcing and Supply's members to have complete supply chain visibility in their global sourcing operations, all the way back to the factory floor, including inventory levels, schedules and available production capacity. The project will revolutionize distribution and control over quality automotive parts and consumable items at a fraction of the cost associated with a traditional supply chain.

"We are pleased with this arrangement with this high profile client and to partner with Janel and Order Logistics on their world-class, web-based technology solution, Solve (IT)2, which will enable us to bring global sourcing closer to the service dealers' businesses in terms of significant cost savings for quality products, enhanced supply chain management and global sourcing strategies," stated Huey Long, President of PRI. "The value to the client and their customers will be tremendous."

About PRI

PRI provides a comprehensive set of import and domestic sourcing management services that contribute to client success in international markets without the cost and time of starting new sourcing relationships from the ground up, and the risks that come with inexperience in the global market found in emerging industrial economies. PRI's Shanghai office delivers component level negotiations with factories, factory evaluation and qualification audits, product QA and QC. Services include Pacific Rim and domestic sourcing strategy development, end-to-end fulfillment functions, full import supply chain services, distribution, warehousing, and product return management. PRI also manages Chinese government involvement at all factory levels. PRI's implementation of its Speed Sourcing Solution, "S3", via the Solve (IT)2 platform, provides clients with a powerful web-native information technology that supports tight integration and total visibility among factories, suppliers, and customers sourcing a variety of products in the Pacific Rim. This technology solution enables clients to have complete supply chain visibility in their global sourcing operations, all the way back to the factory in China, including inventory levels, schedules and available production capacity. PRI signed a five-year exclusive joint venture agreement and contract with Order Logistics in 2006 to service all of its supply-chain technology and logistical service needs.
