Bersin’s report notes the importance of a global approach to talent management, the importance of integration across the suite, and the alignment of all employees to business goals. The report specifically identifies StepStone as one of a small group of providers with the capabilities, scale and global reach to achieve that.”
The Bersin & Associates study, Talent Management Systems 2010, is a highly comprehensive market analysis and covers all major solution providers. However, according to the study, “the real market leaders are starting to emerge.” The study notes that StepStone has a substantial customer base and financial stability and is a ”leader” across all major functional categories, which underlines its capability to deliver a cross-functional, integrated solution.
