Pure Energy Announces Pricing of Private Placement

Toronto ON Canada, 7/17/2008 / FSC / - Pure Energy Visions Inc ( TSX-V: PEV.V, FWB: XYQ.F ), ("Pure Energy" or the "Corporation") announced today that it has agreed to the pricing for its previously announced private placement of units (the "Offering"). Blackmont Capital Inc. is lead agent on behalf of a syndicate of agents comprised of Canaccord Capital Corporation, Raymond James Corporation and Research Capital Corporation (collectively, the "Agents").

The Offering will consist of up to 10,909,090 units ("Units") at a price of $0.55 per Unit (the "Offering Price") for gross proceeds of up to $6,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Corporation and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share for a period of 18 months following the closing date at a price of $0.75 per share.

Pure Energy has also granted the Agents an option to increase the Offering by up to an additional 1,636,363 Units at the Offering Price. The Agents' option is exercisable until 24 hours prior to the closing date.

Pure Energy will pay an 8% cash commission to the Agents and also issue warrants (the "Broker Warrants") entitling them to purchase a number of common shares equal 8% of the number of Units sold under the Offering. The Broker Warrants shall be exercisable for a period of 18 months from the date of closing.

Closing of the Offering is anticipated to occur on or before July 30, 2008 and is subject to receipt of applicable regulatory approvals including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
