PARSIPPANY, N.J., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Martin R. Benante, Chairman and CEO of Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW), announced today that on Tuesday, November 17, 2009, the Board of Directors declared a dividend of eight cents ($0.08) per share on Curtiss-Wright Common Stock, payable December 10, 2009 to stockholders of record as of November 25, 2009.
