Domark International, Inc. Completes Its Acquisition of Javaco, Inc.

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Domark International, Inc. (OTCBB: DOMK.OB) announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Javaco, Inc. in a share exchange agreement whereby Javaco, Inc. has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Domark.

Javaco, Inc. 2007 revenues were $5.996 Million with net income of $229,000, which was a 33.95% increase in revenue and 207% increase in net income from 2006, when revenues were $4.476 Million with net income of $74,500. Although management anticipates continuing growth in revenue, no assurances can be given that the Company will achieve similar results in 2008.
