Longview Capital Partners Announces Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, November 18, 2009 /FSC/ - Longview Capital Partners Inc. (LV - TSX, L6V - FWB, LGVWF - OTCBB_Pink_Sheets), announces that Pinetree Capital Ltd. ("Pinetree") has acquired 6,250,000 units (the "Units") of Longview at a price of $0.10 per Unit. Each Unit is comprised of one common share (a "Unit share") and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant is exercisable for a period of 24 months from the closing date of the transaction, to purchase one common share of Longview (a "Warrant share") at a price of $0.15 per Warrant share. The Unit shares are subject to a four month hold period.

As consideration, Longview has received an aggregate of 360,000 common shares of Pinetree. The common shares of Pinetree are subject to a four month hold period.
