Calloway REIT Announces Fourth Quarter 2006 Results On March 1st, 2007

TORONTO, Feb. 19 /CNW/ - Calloway REIT (TSX: CWT-UN.TO) announced today that it will issue its financial results for the three months and year ending December 31, 2006 on Thursday March 1, 2007.

Calloway will hold a conference call on Monday March 5, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Participating on the call will be members of Calloway's senior management.
