Media Advisory - Cascades Inaugurates its First Green Plant in Lachute

KINGSEY FALLS, QC, Oct. 19 /CNW Telbec/ - Alain Lemaire, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cascades Inc., and Suzanne Blanchet, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cascades Tissue Group, are pleased to invite media representatives to celebrate the opening of the Lachute plant's extension project in the presence of the Premier of Québec and the Deputy of Argenteuil.

With this new extension, our Lachute plant will be the first tissue paper manufacturing facility to obtain the LEED(R)-NC (New Construction) certification in North America.
