Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. Announces Dividend

WINCHESTER, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGAS) at a meeting held November 19, 2009, authorized a quarterly stock dividend of thirty-two and one half cents ($.325) per share to be paid December 15, 2009 to all common shareholders of record as of November 30, 2009.
