Temple REIT announces February 2007 distribution

WINNIPEG, Feb. 20 /CNW/ - Temple Real Estate Investment Trust ("TREIT") (TSX Venture: TR-UN) announced today a distribution of $0.05 per unit ($0.60 per unit on an annualized basis) for the month of February 2007. Payment will be made on March 15, 2007 to the Unitholders of record as of February 28, 2007.

TREIT is a real estate investment trust, which is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol TR.UN. The objective of TREIT is to provide Unitholders with stable cash distributions from investment in a geographically diversified Canadian portfolio of hotel properties and related assets.
