Constellation Copper announces the appointment of David Mueller as Chief Financial Officer

DENVER, Colorado, Aug. 20 /CNW Telbec/ - The Board of Directors of Constellation Copper Corporation announced the appointment of David Mueller to the position of CFO of Constellation, effective immediately. David has served at Constellation for the past two years in the role of Treasurer. He joined Constellation from private consulting.
Mr. Mueller replaces John A. Labate, who served Constellation as CFO since March 2004. Mr. Labate is leaving the company to take a similar position with another Denver based mining company. Patrick M. James, Chairman and CEO of Constellation said: "We are disappointed to see John leave as he has contributed an extreme amount of time and effort to the Company. However we are fortunate to have David Mueller in our group. Dave's background and mining experience, along with his knowledge of the Company, uniquely qualifies him for the new role."
