BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Maconomy, leading provider of business solutions for professional services and marketing communications organizations, announced today that Maconomy increased revenues globally by 8 percent in the first half of 2008 compared to the first half of 2007. The growth is attributed to a 13 percent growth in license revenue and a 6 percent growth in consulting revenue. In the US, Maconomy grew even faster, by 9.5 percent including growth in license sales despite difficult market conditions given the US and global economy.
Even though market conditions have definitely become more difficult the past year we are happy to see that many Professional Services Organizations and Agencies are looking at this as an opportunity to strengthen their internal systems and procedures and invest in business solutions like Maconomy, says Steen Andersen, President, Maconomy US.
