Modavox Enters into Letter of Intent to Acquire TalkZone

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Modavox, Inc. (OTCBB: MDVX.OB), Internet broadcasting pioneer and holder of several patented technologies, today announced that it has entered into a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire TalkZone (www.talkzone.com).

TalkZone.com is part of Syndication Networks Corporation, a leading syndicator of quality terrestrial radio programs to over 1,700 over-the-air radio stations and 90% of rated U.S. markets across North America.
