Pervasip Announces Partnership with Rudder Capital to Provide Next Generation Digital Phone Solution
Mon Jun 23, 9:23 AMWHITE PLAINS, N.Y. & LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pervasip Corporation (OTCBB: PVSP.OB), a leading provider of wholesale Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) broadband telephone services, today announced that its wholly-owned VoX Communications Corporation subsidiary, has entered into a partnership agreement with Rudder Capital Corporation to produce a SIP-based digital phone solution, the industrys next generation communications protocol.
Rudder is an Internet Protocol (IP)-based service provider that provides IPTV, a platform that links television to the Internet, along with other applications and services such as gaming and video-on-demand. Through its partnership with Pervasip/VoX, Rudder expects to offer the new service under the Sonase Digital Phone brand name.
