Notice of MIGENIX General Meeting of Shareholders

VANCOUVER and SAN DIEGO, July 24 /CNW/ - MIGENIX Inc. (TSX: MGI; OTC: MGIFF), a clinical-stage developer of drugs for infectious diseases, advises that the directors of MIGENIX Inc. have called a general meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") to be held at 2:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) on October 31, 2008, at 102 - 2389 Health Sciences Mall, Vancouver, British Columbia.
