Penn Virginia Corporation to Participate in Upcoming Investor Conference

RADNOR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Penn Virginia Corporation (NYSE: PVA) announced today that it will participate in the Oil & Gas Investment Symposium (OGIS) in San Francisco. PVA’s presentation is scheduled for Thursday, October 1, 2009 at 1:05 p.m. Eastern (10:05 a.m. Pacific).

James W. Dean, Vice President, Investor Relations, will present an overview of PVA’s operations, including a discussion of strategy and recent activities in the conference presentation and related investor meetings.
