VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 24, 2008) - The Silver Recycling Company Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TSR.V) ("Silver Recycling") is pleased to announce it is shipping silver bullion orders.

Silver Recycling announced on October 15, 2008 it was going to sell silver bullion in 100 fine troy ounce bars and 1 ounce rounds on its website. Silver Recycling is very pleased to announce it received its first orders on October 17 and 18th that were shipped on October 22. Thus far, Silver Recycling has received orders for over 70,000 fine troy ounces of silver through its website and began shipping these orders this week.

Silver Recycling takes industrial silver-bearing scrap, recovers the silver from it and refines it into silver with a purity of .999 or .9999. At its operation in Pennsylvania, Silver Recycling currently recycles, produces and fabricates more than 5 million fine troy ounces of silver annually.
