RSC Equipment Rental Appoints Robert C. Fox II, Senior Vice President, Human Resources

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RSC Equipment Rental, Inc., the operating entity for RSC Holdings Inc. (NYSE: RRR), one of the largest equipment rental providers in North America, announced today that Robert C. Fox II, a seasoned human resources executive with considerable experience in leadership development and succession planning gained during over 30 years in business, has joined the firm as Senior Vice President – Human Resources.

Mr. Fox brings considerable experience organizing human resource teams to support talent development throughout large organizations. He also brings expertise in the advancement of corporate cultures and of compensation strategies that align employees with corporate strategies and world class customer service levels. Mr. Fox will report to Mr. Olsson and will be based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Bob Fox comes to RSC most recently from Carlson Companies, a private company in Minnesota that operates hotels, restaurants and travel agencies, where he was Vice President of Human Resources for the past four years. Previously, he was Vice President, Human Resources with dj Orthopedics in California and was with Honeywell, Inc. for nearly 20 years in human resource positions of increasing responsibility in Phoenix and Seattle.
