(TSX VENTURE: RBV.V)(FRANKFURT:3OZ) announces that it is canceling the financing announced on June 16, 2008 due to delays in the permitting process in the State of Utah. The company and Wellington West Capital Markets will continue to work together to achieve the companies financial and corporate goals.
