Starfire shares permitted to trade on limited basis in US OTC markets

VANCOUVER, Sept. 25 /CNW/ - "Starfire Minerals Inc. is pleased to announce that on June 6, 2008, we received an exemption from registration of our equity securities under Section 12(g) of the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), by complying with the requirements of Rule 12g3-2(b) promulgated under the Exchange Act.

Pursuant to complying with the requirements under Rule 12g3-2(b), our equity securities are able to be traded on a limited basis in the over-the-counter market in the United States.

Effectively this exemption allows US brokers/dealers to refer our listed securities to qualified investors as well as institutional investors.
