Inspire Announces Webcast of Presentation at Piper Jaffray Conference

DURHAM, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inspire Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISPH) announced today that Christy L. Shaffer, Ph.D., President and CEO, will present at the Piper Jaffray 20th Annual Health Care Conference Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 9:30 am ET in New York City.

Also in conjunction with the conference, Benjamin R. Yerxa, Ph.D., Executive Vice President and Chief, Research and Development, will participate on a cystic fibrosis panel Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 10:00 am ET.
