Government Properties Income Trust Announces Underwriters Exercise Of Over-Allotment Option
Fri Jun 26, 3:48 PMNEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Government Properties Income Trust (NYSE: GOV) today announced that the underwriters of its initial public offering have exercised, in full, their over-allotment option to purchase an additional 1,500,000 common shares of beneficial interest, raising additional net proceeds of approximately $28.1 million. The closing of the over-allotment option is expected to occur on June 30, 2009.
